About Naples Reserve

Naples Reserve is a single-family home community in growing Southeast Naples. The 688-acre community features eleven distinct subdivisions. Each neighborhood has at least one lake, so that most homesites offer sparkling lake views. Naples Reserve offers a wide variety of floor plans and price ranges through several preferred builders. From attached villas starting in the low $300's and single-family homes starting in the mid-$300's to single-family custom homes that start in the low $800s, homebuyers will find a great selection of homesites and floorplans.

Naples Reserve features a total of 22 lakes, which offer great opportunities to use the community’s hydro-bikes, kayaks, canoes and paddleboards. The 125-acre Eagle Lake features a large tiki hut on Kontiki Island, a popular spot to land one of the two electric Duffy boats. Kayakers will enjoy the mile-long rowing lane alongside the Picayune Strand State Forest, a 76,000-acre state park with protected pinelands, cypress swamps, marshes and abundant wildlife. Homeowners and visitors are greeted by a friendly guard at the gate house and the sight of the community’s Island-Style clubhouse. This social center beckons with Caribbean architecture and colors. It includes a 5,160-square-foot clubhouse with the casual Latitudes Café and an adjacent 3,500-square-foot fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and a movement studio. Classes include Spinning, Zumba, regular and chair-yoga. Water-aerobics classes are offered in the resort-style, zero-entry pool, which also features two dedicated lap lanes. Large pool deck areas with lounge chairs and umbrellas offer ample room for relaxation and meeting your neighbors.
Naples Reserve youngest inhabitants love building their sandcastles on the large beach adjacent to the main pool. Residents also enjoy a lakeside fire pit and casual beverage and dining options at the Chat ‘n Chill Tiki Bar. The nearby Outrigger Center houses the on-site management office and has a floating dock where residents can check out the community’s water craft. Avid kayakers can still purchase homesites which allow for a personal floating boat dock along Eagle Lake and the mile-long rowing lane. Read More
